FOR THEY RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at ForTheySkincare.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with our products, we’re here to help.
If you are unhappy with your product, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We will refund the full price you paid, less original shipping.
If your product is damaged in shipping, we will send you a replacement. Just take a picture of the damage and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we sent you the wrong product, please contact us at email@example.com. We will ask you to send the unopened product back to us (we pay the postage), and we will send you the correct product.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
